Financial Assistance

From time to time families need a little help to overcome life’s challenges. WARM assists its client families with partial payments of rent/mortgage, utilities (electricity, gas, or water only), or medical bills.

Please review the eligibility and documentation requirements below before starting the online application. Once we have received all of your information and documents we will review your case to see if you are eligible. If so, we will contact you to set up an appointment.

Financial Assistance Information

  • An application is incomplete until all requested documents and information are received.

  • Requests for missing documents or information will be emailed to you from either casebook.net or warmwaller.org; please check your junk mail.

  • Current funding sources will dictate the amount paid. In most cases, the maximum payment for housing assistance is $350, utility assistance is $200, and medical assistance is $50.

  • We will contact you regarding your request after reviewing and verifying your information.

  • Completing this process does not guarantee approval.

  • Incomplete applications will be closed.

General Eligibility

  1. You are a permanent resident of Waller County or within Waller ISD

  2. You or anyone in your household cannot have received assistance from WARM in the last 3 years

  3. You have experienced an unexpected event in the last 60 days, which has caused a financial predicament or crisis
